On the evening of Sat. the 26th, my heater went out. I called and within an hour Marcus Wilson was at the house. An hour later he had figured out the problem and fixed it. We were very pleased with the service we received. The install Technicians Howard W. Jay D. and Dan T. were fast an very efficient. There was no fooling around… they did their job very good. So far we have no complaints. We are pleased with the heater and hope the AC will be just as good. Howard showed us hot to operate the thermostat. It is soooo nice to have heat again. They left everything clean and orderly.

Josh arrived at my home at about 4:30 p.m. on Saturday, January 20. He was very courteous from his initial greeting. After looking at my hot water heater he gave me my options on repair or replacement. My water heater he gave me my options on repair or replacement. My heater had been in use for 11 years so I decided to replace it. Josh worked very quietly, placing plastic covering on any carpet that would be used to carry equipment on and that would be used to carry the old and new hot water tank on. He did all his work alone, which was very impressive. At about 8:00 p.m. he discovered he would have to go on my roof to complete the installation. Of course it was completely dark at this time, so I had concerns about his safety. He assured me he would take all the necessary precautions and that he felt confident in what he had to do. He had to go on the roof twice in the dark. I was very impressed with his dedication to getting the job correctly, and his polite, pleasant, manner. Thank-you, Conway Services, for employing this courteous young man with expertise in his field of work.

They insulated my attic. They installed their reflective line and installed a co line. I am already noticing a difference. They were exactly what they said the would be. I was pleased with the service. They were very precise and cleaned up well. My dog even liked them.

Conway Services replaced the plumbing in our whole house. Anthony L. Clint P. and Josh M. were the 3 plumbers that did the work. These 3 men were courteous, respectful and did an awesome job. They made a very bad situation much easier to deal with. They protected every piece of flooring in our house before they started work. I would recommend Conway Services to anyone that wants the best available service possible.

My furnace went out the day after Christmas. After dealing unsuccessfully with my home warranty company and the company that they recommended I called Conway Services on Sunday afternoon. They had someone onsite within 2 hours and he spent plenty of time looking at the furnace and explaining to me the issue and what it would take to fix it. After determining that it was not cost efficient to fix the one that i had, the service technician calling one of their sales reps who came onsite within the hour. After talking with both of them, I decided to go ahead and purchase a new complete system. They had the installers and equipment and put the new equipment in. They were finished in about 5 hours. They went through and tested everything to ensure that it was working properly and explained everything to me. They were extremely polite and professional.

Charles was prompt and thorough. I had issues with an old water heater. Now we have endless hot water and no worries of coming home to a possible to a possible leak with our tankless Rinnnai Water heater.

We recently purchased a 31 year old house and did extensive remodeling. The work was done in the summer months and the A/C units were running none stop due to the renovation work, doors and windows constantly open. When the work was complete, we called Conway Services to do a complete checkout of the air conditioners. Setting up the appointment was easy. Confirmation call was made several days in advance. We also wanted a quote for insulation in the attic. Conway Coordinated the service call with the insulation estimates, since it was a separate division of the company. Both Technicians arrived at the same time, and went straight to work. The technician thoroughly tested both air conditioners and heating units. He kept me informed at each step of his check-out, letting me know if he discovered any issues along the way. The write-up afterword was very detailed, with suggestions problems noted listed clearly and concisely. VERY professional!

Larry and I recently changed our heating & air service and to “PUT IT LIGHTLY” We had no idea what service was really about until we met Bruce Phelps and he sat and explained to us our heating and air needs. Bruce outlined the philosophy and promises of Cownay Services and did a compelte and thorough assessment of our needs, problems and equipment conditions.. This was an eye opening experience to us and revealed to us the hidden dangers lurking int he dark attic of our home. SLOWLY RISING LEVELS OF CARBON MONOXIDE caused by cracks in our system! Our system was only having a routine inspection for the fall and was operating without any known problems. After all the past years of routing inspections with several other companies, no one ever looked so closely and thoroughly at our systems!!! Thank You Lord for A Company who pays attention to detail, one with integrity, loyalty  to excellence and honesty and excellence in workmanship. We thank God for this young man, Bruce Phelps, for Mr. Wiley who handled the details of our contract, for De Carlos and his partner?( oops, I lost his name card) who installed our new furance and for ALL of the team members who we have met this week who worked very hard for our safety and comfort and for THE LORD who kept us safe until help arrived!!!!

We had a plumbing problem with a toilet that on the face appeared to be very severe. How ever because of the excellent judgement and knowledge displayed by John Hutchins the remedy was much better than anticipated. John showed professionalism in both his knowledge of the repair required and in his handling of the problem. You could not have sent anyone else that could have been as good as John. He is a great asset for your organization. I feel confident in being used as a reference for John.

I’ll be  honest I was talking myself out of replacing my heating and air conditioning system, because I didn’t think I could afford it. So I called and cancel and Robert called me back and talked to me about financing with free interest and that got my attention. So Steve came out and we discussed and then he called John Conway to discuss a system I could afford. I am very pleased to get 4 years free interest and my payements are what I can afford. Conway Services go out of there way to satisfy the customer. They do whatever it takes to keep the customer happy. I am very happy and I am the customer. I had a three man team who are professional, respectful, quiet workers and knew exactly what to do. Everyone worked hard and were very efficient. A big big Thank You goes to Cody, Marcus and Paul for a job weel done. Conway Services employs the best employees you could ask for. It shows they love what they do and who they work for. That says a lot for a company. After saying all of this, the bottom link is I would highly recommend Conway Services to anyone!

I would like to compliment what great customer service we had with Bruce Phelps. Not only did I have a great experience with him but he was the technician that serviced my elderly parents as well. I feel he went way beyond the call of duty at their home. He was so sweet and explained things to them ina very kind and gentle nature. They expressed to me what great service he provided. I understand completely what they were talking about because he was the technician sent to my home for maintenance check aslo. He is so personable and kind.  Just great customer service. My husband and I would like to request that he be our technician for any future needs and for my parents home as well. I just feel when a person goes that extra mile and is not just there to “draw a paycheck” they should be recognized for doing a great job. I have never had a bad experience with any of Conway Services employees, but really wanted Bruce to have the pat on the back. Thanks from the Biggs and Poag home.

In 2012, we have had a number of Conway employees in our home with our purchase of a tankless water and two h/v systems. John H. came out last week and as with all our experiences with Conway employees, John was extremely professional and also very patient and understanding with all our questions. He explained everything thoroughly and took great care in everything he did.

I only asked for a quote for a hot water heater replacement at this point but the service technician (Charles Abby) was so knowledgeable and pleasant to work with when discussing options that I may even bother getting a second estimate. I have heard a lot of good things about Conway Services and if all their techs are as good as Charles appears to be then I can see where they get their good reputation.

Woke up this past Wednesday with no heat. I called up Conway Services  because I am a Comfort Club member and they had Tarqus out to my hosue about an hour after lunch.  The part I needed to get heat back in my house was almost $700. He was very professional and offered suggestions about what I could with my 13 year old system.  I decided to get more information about upgrading my heat and air so Tarqus called the company and they sent out Shawn Watts. He also asked if he could replace the part that day and see if the company would apply that amount to the cost of a new unit if I decided to go that way. Shawn took the time to survey my house and tell me about all the possiblities I could go with.  He conducted an overpayment analysis and allowed to put the near $700 toward the new unit, plus my comfort club discount and a MPD discount for my husband. When weighing my options I asked Tarqus which system he would choose and I was surprised when he didn’t recomment the more expensive unit. He pointed out that the other unit suited my needs (we had the opportunity for small talk while waiting for Shawn to arrive, which was nice change of pace to get to know my technician). Shawn and I talked for well over an hour (if not two) about my options and Conway’s guarantees and I decided to go ahead and replace my unit (especially after seeing how dirty the backside was and the rusted coil). Today Jay D. and Dan T. came out and replaced my system. They were right on time and didn’t just rush in to get started, but introduced themselves first. They made sure to put down plastic to avoid any damage to my carpet and proceeded to get to work. They worked until after five with their lunch break and they didn’t seem to mind at all when I interrupted them to ask questions abou tthe unit. They took the time to show me parts of the old system and how the new system would be improved. When it was all said and done they gave me a tutorial of the new system and told me that if I ever had any questions or concerns to just call the office. I would ahppily have any of these technician back at my hosue and I am proud to recommend Conway Services to others.

Josh was prompt, polite, and efficient. I felt that he knew his craft and I had confidence that the work would be done correctly and well. I was not disappointed! He did a great job. He also told me of a way to improve my heating system. He gave me a pamphlet about the improvement to my system and quoted me a price, but he didn’t pressure me to make a quick decision. I appreciated that.

We are renovating our kitchen and needed to bring gas into the kitchen. Charles A. came to the house to give us an estimate and was one of the men who provided the actual services. Charles was not only very professional but very friendly. When we ran into a minor gliche he made calls to ensure he was doing the job according to code. Rob and I would definitely consider Conway Services and Charles for any future heating, cooling or plumbing needs.

With all three furnaces having cracks in the heat exchangers, we had to replace all of them. They were 20 years old. so I guess we pushed them to their limit. Two of our A/C units were also aging and had had problems in the not too distant past, so we decided to replace them as well. Great as usual with Conway. Appts were scheduled, confirmed and representatives showed up on time. They were careful not to track any dirt in the house and prepared the floors and their shoes to avoid any damage. Total install took just over a day and a half. Shelby County inspector has been back to inspect the installations and pronounced them well done. Heat working great again.

The service was performed in a professional manner. Charles Craig was on time and knowledgable about our system and straightforward. I asked several questions and he answered most of them. When the conversation steered to the intricacies of our wiring system and joule ratings of surge protectors, I lost him a bit, but he was not pretentious. He simply acknowledged that he did not have the answer to that series of questions, but what was more impressive was  that he stated he could put me in contact with someone that could answer my questions. Sometimes it’s ok if you don’t have the answer, as long as you know where to get one … the correct one! I already had answeres to most of the questions I asked Charles Craig. My purpose for asking was to see if he would simply reply with, “I don’t know” or worse make something up and try to sell me something extra. Mr. Charles Craig struck me as not only a professional serviceman with integrity, but he seems to be a down to earth guy with whom you could grab a beer and a ball game with. I think those qualities are needed and appreciated in a professional serviceman in the Memphis area.

Conway Services is the BEST! My furnace ewnt out at noon on Sunday. By 4 that afternoon, the technician had been out, condemned the furnace and the salesperson had processed an order for a new furnace to be installed on Tuesday at the time I selected. Paul and Cody, my technicians, showed up on time, took care of everything without ever making any mess or disrupting the house. They were fast, efficinet and friendly. I have replaced 2 furnaces 2 air conditioning systems with Conway in the last 2 years and will never do business with anyone else!

The tech Mr. Bruce B. is my superstar plumber for the decade. Being retired military and always doing the job correctly, I have now encountered someone who is the pure meaning of the word “cares”. He came to our home in a professional manner, installed covering on our floors, removed our old hot water heater and piping in a quick, clean, professional manner. I was very impressive with his knowledge, work habits and can-do attitude of the job. He installed a new hot water heater and emergency shut down system in the shortest time I’ve ever seen a professional work. The work was correct, neat, all areas were clean when he was finished. even the outside where the old parts were, the entire area was as if nothing was ever there. Plus, on top of this and the fact that he had to work in the attic, on the roof, inside, hew as just as clean and neat as he arrived. The mere fact that you knew he was tired, he was such a professional. He was still happy and was truly happy that we were pleased with his work. If I had this type of professionals helping me when I work, we could have repaired every job in half the time. Mr. Bruce is the only plumber with Conway Services that we will ever use, he is our families’ plumber, thanks for allowing us to meet him!

Roto Rooter had been out 24 times in the last several years and have never diagnosed this as the issue. and if they had taken a few more steps then this problem could have been avoided. Having just moved to Memphis two years ago, I have been continually disappointed with the level of customer service from contractors and vendors … that is definitely NOT the case with Conway. The technician that came to our home for the inspection was courteous and very helpful explaining what was wrong with our equipment. Because of the nature of our problem, a supervisor was called out to confirm the issue and he was there within the hour-he too was nothing but the utmost professional. We had a very candidate discussion about our abilities to finance such an effort and they worked with us on everything we needed. The paperwork was quickly sorted and a service/repair appointment scheduled. We received more than one follow up call to ensure that we were happy with the technician’s work and confirmed our scheduled appointment. The technicians scheduled for our appointment showed up on time, were professional, courteous (had a good sense of humor) and also took the time to explain the work they were doing for us when they didn’t have to (we are curious homeowners!) They did a fantastic job and cleaned up all of the mess the work created. We received two follow up customer service calls to ensure we were happy with the work  AND the office scheduled our inspection for us (saving us the confusing call). When the inspection showed one little thing that needed to be fixed, a technician was out the very next day to sort it (and it was a very minor issue). Again, further customer service calls were made to us to ensure we were happy with the work. All in all-yes, the price was higher than we hoped for (aren’t all unexpected home repairs?) but I’m a firm believer in you get what you pay for-and we definitely got premium service from Conway. (We even got a thank you card for our business along with a tin of cookies-I mean who DOES that?!?)

Yesterday was the 2nd time we have used Conway for our heating and air system. Charles was the technician both times. We could not have been more pleased with the service we received. Charles was thorough, clean and personable. We feel as though we were given and accurate assessment of our heating/air system and appreciate the time he took to explain the issues he saw, along with the best ways to remedy them. While we hope no issues arise with our system, we will not need to hesitate to contact Conway again. Time and time again, they have proven to be an exceptional company and one we frequently recommend to our friends and family. Charles found the leak in my upstairs bathroom that was causing water to drip down and make water circles in my downstairs laundry room. He cut a hole in the ceiling to show me where the leak was. It wasn’t leaking where we thought it was. He cleaned up his mess and was so nice about everything. He had booties on his feet the whole time. It was so nice to see how professional he was. He was on time and the young ladies at the office were GREAT. They kept me informed all day as to where Charles was right up to the point of when he arrived. The overall process was very quick and Charles really knew what he was talking about. He solved our problem and now my family can come for the holidays with no problems.

Christopher A. visited my home today, he was polite and courteous to a fault! He found two cracks in our primary heat exchangers in less than five minutes. Immediately shut off our gas to prevent carbon monoxide getting to the house, called his supervisor to check his findings because he knew we had a 17 month old in the house. A1, Top of the Class, Simply “The Man”. And this review is after I had to buy a brand new system! JOhn Conway you have an employee that knows the meaning of the words Customer Service.

Removal of old and install new furance, air conditioner, electrical box and venting. Checked air flow and added a air return at NO EXTRA COST. Had to fish new electrical wire through house, run a new air vent through the roof and rerun drain because old did not meet code-at NO EXTRA COST. Each worker introduced themselves-had names on their shirts-were clean, professional and spoke English. They checked air flow and added an air return at NO EXTRA COST-they chipped a bit of the ceiling paint and fixed it. Had to fish new electrical wire through house, run a new air vent through the roof and reran drain because old did not meet code at NO EXTRA COST. They showed each of us how to sue the system and were very patient with my son’ s curiosity and allowed him to explore their work. They did a super and thorough job. It was as if they were putting in the system in one of their own homes; they were so conscientious about ensuring that the entire system did what it was supposed to do.

Our plumbing situation was resolved expertly by Josh Kendall. When we realized that we had a water backup problem it was on a late Friday night and he came to the house promptly, quickly evaluated the cause and did not leave until he had fixed the water leak problem at 2:45 am Saturday morning! He also found out that we needed a new water tank which he came back on Sunday and installed. Because of a raised stepover into our attic. He had to call another plumber (Ty) to assist him with the removal of our old tank. He was at our house quickly to assist Josh. His workmanship was outstanding and he takes pride in his work. He also took every precaution to prepare our floors so that he would not track anything on our hardwood floors and carpet. You would not have known anyone had worked in the house when he was done. That was greatly appreciated. I know that he is trained to handle situations like we had but the professionalism and manners he showed me and my wife was outstanding! He kept us informed all the way through both repair jobs. He is an excellent representative of your company and we will ask for Josh again when we have other needs. You are very fortunate to have Josh Kendall as an employee and ambassador of Conway Services.

I have used Conway Services in the past, and they have earned my confidence so I didn’t even get competitive quotes. They arrived at my house on time, and worked ALL day to complete my project. They wraned me that it would be a long day and they were right! Terrell was the lead person on my job. He really seemed to do a nice job in coordinating the other workers and keeping the project moving forward. He asked my permission to work late to finish the job and I was all for it. After they were finished, Terrell gave me a tour of everything they had done, how to change my filter and how to use my new thermostat. The work looked very neat and they did a nice job of cleaning up. Since I went from 2 units to 1, they had to do quite a bit of duct work and it looked very neat and well done. Terrell was very respectful and answered all of my questions. At the end of the day (11 pm!) I learned that my alarm system wouldn’t arm because the attic stairs alarm sensor had been removed and not replaced. It was something that Terrell did not have to stay and fix for me, but he did. To me, he went above and beyond to leave me a satisified customer. All in all, my opinion of Conway Services is high and I believe that you cannot go wrong in hiring them to perform your Heating and A/C work. Replacing units is expensive and not something you want to rush into. Cownay was patient with me while I was in the decision making process and sent another company representative out to assist in my decision making process. I highly recommend Conway Services.

Conway Services was a saving grace when we returned home from a camping trip to a 90 degree home. Nothing was more imperative than to have a break from the sweltering heat. Even though we returned home late in the afternoon. Conway Services was on their way to our house before sundown. We were greeted by a very nice Service Technician named Dallas Browne who fully explained the problem with our a/c unit and quickly fixed it while maintaining a professional manner. He even convered his shoes when inside the house. We were so satisifed with the service we signed up for their Comfort Club Program in which you receive yearly maintenance and discounts on services. It is well worth the expense when you have the peace of mind that someone else is there looking out for you. As a bonus we saw a big difference in our utility bill the next month after following some advice from our Service Tehcnician Dallas. I would recommend Conway Services for all heating, cooling and plumbing issues. I may sound like an advertisement, but their service was definitely worth the shout out.

Had a great experience today for our 6 month service on our AC and furnace with our comfort club membership. Bruce Phelps was our technician. He did a fantastic job. I’m sending an email instead of using reviewbuzz.com because I didn’t know the last name initials of the Conway staff who helped me. But, I didn’t want the efforts of your fine staff to go unrecognized. On August 7, a service technician, Chris visited my home to assess problems with my two air conditioning units. In 100 degree heat he worked diligently, presented his findings to me (and they came as no surprise given that Conway staff had told me the past two years that both systems were failing-both had significant Freon leaks.) Chris was professional, honest and I valued his work and conclusions. Later that day, Wiley, one of your service counselors, visited to explain the replacement options for our two units. He was thorough, patient, friendly, and the experience (despite a high cost that I was prepared for) excellent. There was no hard sell and no drama. Just facts, figures and alternatives. His “pitch” was better than others I’ve had from HVAC service counselors and two days later, when my new AC systems were installed, Wiley came by to observe progress, answer questions and provide comfort that all was going as planned. He was great. Lastly, and most importantly, August 9 started with three installers arriving on-time. One had to leave fairly early in the process and one of the other guys, Dan, made sure to tell my why the third man needed to leave. Dan and Jay worked about 8 hours, in extreme heat, repeatedly running up and down two long flights of stairs (our systems are in a very hot attic). They completed the installation and other than having two new condensers  and new coils, no one would be able to tellt hat they were in my home. They were competent, professional, patient (in explaining the work they did) and they cleaned up spotlessly. In decades of having HVAC work performed, I’ve never observed better people. It was of great comfort to watch their efforts-the clearly knew what they were doing. Please pass on my gratitude to all of these gentleman and accept my thanks for employing such fine people. They are a tribute to your company.

Great service. Even thought it was late and the technician was probably tired. Charles did an excellent job and was very professional. Good customer service is very hard to find, so I could see Charles not only understands the technical aspect of his profession, but understands how to work with people. He was very thorough, visually explained everything and asked if there were any questions. My wife and I appreciate the work. Thanks!

Another satisfied customer! After receiving a recommendation from a neighbor satisfied with their service, we called on them to evaluate our current HVAC system. Being 19 years old, there was concern over its efficiency. Sure enough, Tarqus and Wiley spent a couple of hours checking and double checking our system having found a small leak in the furnace and rust in the system. We made the decision to install two new systems and take advantage of the year to pay it off. Just days later Jason R., Jay D., and Dan T. all were on hand in a very hot attic, I might add working away getting the job done as promised and on time. They cleaned up nicely and you would never know they were here except for the extreme quiet we now enjoy in our bakcyard with the new system versus our rattling old one. It was nice to have the techs and company representatives speak so personally and so positively about John Conway. I saw their pride in working for this company leader who insures that the jobs are done right!

Thanks to Robin F., a comfort advisor with Conway Services, we are now relaxing in our cool, comfortable energy efficient home. Robin F. arrived at our home on time for our scheduled appointment. He was very professional to me, my wife and children. He was very helpfuul in explaining different packages and options offered by Conway Services and represented the company in a very positive way. After our appointment my wife and I had a clear understanding of what our home needed to be both comfortable and energy efficient. We understood that there might have been a slightly cheaper company that we could have used but Conway Services offered a workmanship guarantee and customer service that is second to none. Charles C. saved the day! Our A/C went out on one of the hottest days we’ve had all Summer. He arrived the same day and had us back up and running in no time. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and had a cost effective solution to our problem. We were extremely imrpessed with his professionalism and expertise. We were skeptical before he arrivedd, as we knew very little about Conway Services, but we are happy Conway customers now solely because of Charles C. Thank you so much!!!

We called the Conway office just before closing. The courteous and helpfull call-taker told us we would be the 2nd call the next morning and we would be called 30 minutes before the tech arrived. We got the call mid-morning as expected, and the tech arrived about 30 minutes later. Tarquis was obviously prompt. He was also courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. He examined the system and at my request explained some of the features I did not understand or thought odd. In addition to repairing the problem, he provided me with knowledge I can use to avoid future problems. His repair also included making future repairs less troublesome and tested the repair carefully. He suggested maintenance work that should be done, and explained each item so I had confidence that it was needed, and relative priority (as I could not afford all the work and needed to know what needed doing 1st). He also offered his company’s preventive maintenance service, and explained what would be covered by it of those items I needed done. While I chose not to buy the PM, I will be having work done on the unit. I expect to use Conway, and will request Tarquis, if that is practical.

I must say that Charles C. was very enlightened when you came to A/C unit. He was very helpful with questions and options. I was kind of not looking forward to the visit. but Charles C. was very professional and he helped make it a smooth transaction. I will always use Conway as long as I can be sure that Charles C. is my service guy. BRAVO!!!!!!! OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!! P.S. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I used Conway Service for the first time today (5-17-2012) and was completely satisfied and impressed by their service. I called at 5 pm and the service technician Robin F. arrived around 6:30pm and quickly identified the problem. Robin was extremely professional and explained each and every thing that needed to be checked. The problem turned out to be a simple clogged drain and he was able to fix it immediately.. I really appreciate that he took extra time to inspect both my units and recommend some future preventive maintenance. If your looking for a honest, quick, professional heating & air company. Conway Services & Robin F is top notch.. The customer service folks were great to. I even got a phone call to make sure I was completely satisfied. WOW………… Jason, Bartlett TN

Kyle was very professional right from the start all the way through. He was respectful of us and our home and he was very friendly and personable. His inspection of our heating & cooling systems was very thorough and informative. He was very knowledgeable and he explained things in detail, making it very easy to understand. I was quite pleased with his visit and I would highly recommend him to others. An excellent employee!!

Conway Services-AAAA++++++… we are EXTREMELY satisfied with the repair work that JORDAN P provided us. We have had MANY pin hole leaks in our home over the years. We made a HUGE mistake by calling a different plumbing co. this week. not mentioning names… We decided to call Conway.. Howard W. and Willie G. were exceptional! They replaced our entire heating and A/C system. Installed returns and vents, a new thermostat, replaced ductwork and fixed the air flow to our new addition which had never really cooled or heated. They were thorough, extremely professional and an absolute pleasure to work with through the entire job which lasted just shy of 12 hours. They kept us in the loop throughout the day and paid attention to every detail ensuring a job well done. We are so pleased with the process especially the results! Josh B. was prompt, courteous and extremely professional! He arrived on time for both of my service visits. He talked to me about my air conditioning problems and then assessed the situation. He then explained to me exactly what was wrong and my options for repair. Josh was excellent at explaining it so I could understand. With no AC for 3 days, the house temp reached 86 and, I’m sure the attic temp was mucSherrh higher. I was very impressed with the calm professional demeanor shown by Chris S, Matt S and Jeff R when the attic work had complications that required them to be in that very hot attic much longer than usual. Jeff took the extra time to go over all they had done. While he offered to show me the work done in the attic, I declined but I did view the outside work. It looks so much better now with all new hoses as well as the new unit. The job was done very well and when they left, there was no debris left behind.
