“As a new customer, I wanted to take a moment to let you know how much I appreciated the quality service received during my recent repair call. I called your office late in the afternoon. It was probably close to 3:30pm. The customer service representative was extremely courteous on the telephone. I let her know that I was concerned because my recently installed, programmable thermostat seemed to be making my system fan run continuously. I would have been fine with a service call within the next couple of days, but the rep assured me that a service technician would be at my home, that evening.

At approximately 5:30pm, the customer service rep called to let me know the service technician could come earlier than my 7:00pm appointment, if I would prefer. I’ve had many service calls over the years, and I can assure you that never before has anyone ever told me they could come earlier than scheduled!

The technician arrived at my home within 15 minutes of the call. He was so professional and courteous (he even wore shoe covers to come into my home – something else I have not had the pleasure of seeing with other companies). Due to safety concerns, the technician did a thorough inspection of my unit in the attic. He then explained the use of my programmable thermostat, even though he did not install the unit. I feel so much safer knowing that my HVAC unit is working properly!
