ALL leading manufacturers of HVAC-related products recommend that routine maintenance be performed, to ensure proper performance of equipment. Failure to do so will result in improper performance, excessive electrical costs, and excessive component failure.

 

In addition, any failure or malfunction caused by the failure of the Equipment Owner to perform preventative maintenance (as recommended by the manufacturer), will typically result with an exclusion of warranty coverage.
