Timeline of Events:

“I just recently had a new Trane Furnace installed by Conway Services. From the first phone call we made requesting an estimate, all of the people at Conway were as pleasant and courteous as they possibly could be. Their professionalism was without peer.

Perhaps the most refreshing part about doing business with your company was the fact that everything we were told by your representatives actually happened. No surprises. No games. If we were told that someone would be at out house at 9 in the morning, that’s exactly when they were there. This tells me that your company values my time, and I cannot tell you how rare that is, in this day and age.

The folks that installed the new furnace were very capable, clean, and courteous. A great team.

In the process of getting estimates for this job, we contacted several companies. Believe it or not, we are still waiting on some of them to come by to give us an estimate! Some called after the fact, asking for a second chance. There was no second chance, because when I have to take time off of work to be around for the representative, and they don’t show, that wastes my money and time. Conway Services got it right the first time.

2003	Receives an award for being the largest York dealership in the Memphis market.
2004	Moves to its last location – a 6,000 square-foot facility, located at 6426 Summer Gale, Memphis, TN.
2004	Named “Business Professional of the Year,” by the Tennessee Baptist Children’s Homes.
2005	Receives recognition from Trane for becoming a “Top 10” dealership in the Mid-South.
2006	Receives an award from Trane for becoming a “Top 10” dealership in the Mid-South.
2007	Receives an award from Lennox for becoming a “Top 20” dealership, nationwide.

2009	Receives an award from Trane for maintaining its position as a “Top 10″ dealership in the Mid-South.
2009	Receives the prestigious, Circle of Excellence Award from Trane.
2010	Moves to its current location – a 12,000 square-foot facility, located at 1220 Big Orange Rd, Cordova, TN.
